A Complete Guide to Safe & Responsible Gaming
93bd9 believes gaming should be a source of fun — not stress. Use our tools and guidelines to keep your gaming experience safe and balanced.
Why Gaming Responsibly Matters
Online gaming can be genuinely enjoyable when it is part of your entertainment. But if it gets out of control and turns into a habit, it can have a negative impact on your personal, family, and financial life. 93bd9 always wants its users to enjoy games in a healthy and safe environment.
The core goal of our responsible gaming policy is to help you stay aware — to understand how much time and money you are spending, and to take control yourself when needed. At 93bd9, we never want gaming to become harmful to your life.
Keep in Mind
Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. Placing more bets in an attempt to recover lost money can create a dangerous cycle. Always bet only the amount you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit beyond it within that period — this is the most effective way to keep your budget under control.
Time Limits and Breaks
Using 93bd9's time-out feature, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, logging in or making deposits will not be possible. Taking a break is not a sign of weakness — it is a smart decision.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can request a long-term self-exclusion. During this period, your account will be completely inactive. The support team will assist you through this process.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete betting and transaction history in your account. Analyze your own gaming patterns — understanding when and how much you are spending is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Reality Check
At set intervals, pop-up messages will remind you how long you have been playing. These break reminders keep you aware and help prevent spending too much time.
24/7 Support
For any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, 93bd9's support team is available around the clock. Contact us in Bengali via live chat or email — you will receive help without any judgment.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
Problematic gaming or gambling addiction develops gradually and can often be difficult to recognize on your own. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, you should seek help:
Warning Signs
- You are betting beyond your budget or placing more bets to try to recover lost money.
- You are hiding your gaming from family or friends.
- You have tried to stop playing but keep failing.
- Gaming is causing harm to your work, studies, or relationships.
- You are gaming with borrowed money or skipping bills to play.
- Gaming feels like the only way to relieve stress or anxiety.
- You feel restless or irritable when you are not gaming.
If one or more of these signs apply to your life, do not delay — contact 93bd9's support team. Remember, asking for help takes courage.
How to Set Limits
Log In to Your Account
Access your 93bd9 account from the login page and go to the Account Settings section.
Find the Responsible Gaming Section
In Settings, click on the "Responsible Gaming" option. You will find all protection tools together in one place.
Choose Your Preferred Limit
Deposit limit, bet limit, loss limit, or session time limit — select whichever you need and enter your amount.
Confirm
Once the limit is set, you will receive a confirmation message. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may have a safety delay.
Get Help from Support
If you have trouble with any step, contact 93bd9's support team via live chat or email — they will help you in Bengali.
21+ Age Requirement
93bd9 strictly operates its platform for users aged 21 and above. Keeping minors protected from gaming is one of our primary responsibilities.
Age Verification
Age verification must be completed at the time of account registration and before financial transactions. Providing incorrect information may result in account suspension.
Family Protection
If there are any underage members in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your login details secure.
Keep minors away from gaming. If you learn that a minor is using 93bd9, notify the support team immediately.
Best Practices for Safe Gaming
- Set a budget before you start playing and do not go beyond it.
- Be in a calm and clear state of mind before placing bets — do not play when you are angry or anxious.
- Do not play for long stretches at a time; take regular breaks.
- Never bet with borrowed money or funds set aside for essential needs.
- Do not make gaming your only form of entertainment — spend time on other hobbies and social activities.
- If you feel upset after a loss, end the session — trying to win back lost money leads to bigger losses.
- Talk openly with family or trusted friends about your gaming habits.
- Review your own gaming history every month.
Keep in Mind
Gaming does not guarantee winnings. Every game's outcome is independent and random. Past wins are no guarantee of future wins. Play for fun, not for income.
